Default OEM P/N for Horn Relay rc-5001

I need a new horn relay but can't find an OEM part number. Its a Mitsuba rc-5001 12v relay for the subaru horn. Anyone have?

The part number I found is: 82501FC000

See if this is it:

I'd buy it from subarugenuineparts.com, or go to any auto parts store with this picture - it's a common automotive relay.

EDIT: Better Picture

If this one is it, it's also available from places like Digi-Key.

Awesome. Thanks for the part number, I just ordered it. not having a horn, hazards, and cruise is starting to piss me off.
