How much does it cost to rebuild?

Rebuild is 95 each, and so far I have 35000 hard miles on mine and no signs of damage yet.

Yeah those rims and tires look great. Need something like that on my car. Amazing what some beefy tires and wider rims do to our cars.

CamaroDave: did you paint, or put vinyls on the chrome beneath your windows? I just got the vinyl kit from Treble Racing. Man is that an annoying and tedious process--especially for the front windows since the side mirror gets in the way a bit.

I am on epic springs.
I used vinyl to cover the rear Chrome and the chrome under the Windows. I went to a graphic store and got the stuff for a GOOD deal (free). I did the window pieces in about 45 minutes and the rear in about half an hour.

Nice, another vote for getting Epic springs. Did you install those yourself?

Just get an Aero kit and either a 09+ stock grille, or a sports grille. Or just paint your whole grille a flat black.

yeah i did the springs myself. was pretty easy. just rented a spring compressor from checker and went at it.
i want some sort of aero kit...but nothing crazy. and a grill is top of my list now. everything else looks ok so far except that ha ha.

im not a huge fan of the oem kit. kinda why im glad i found a plain jane wrx to begin with. i'll shop around and see whats available. i want one that LOOKS like it would have come from the factory, but not a factory one. i might just try to find a lip or splitter and call it good.
also considering mud flaps. not a huge fan of those either but now that the tires poke a little im scared for my paint.

Your car's look would benefit greatly from an '09 WRX grill and my front lip. Looking good! Here's a pic of mine for reference.
