Those 255s don't look as stretched as they do in the pics in the other thread. Looks good, just need to get those BCs on.

Heres my 2010 wrx. Bought her 2 months ago. So far all I've done is HID lights on low beam and fog lights, flapatax with awesome stickers, nameless axleback muffler replacement, pin stripping all around, new tires(nothing fancy), plastidip emblems, add REX, plastidip chrome under windows, window tint, plus a wash and wax every weekend. Next is a boost gauge, custom shift knob made by my uncle, short shifter, paint rims black, paint subaru badge red/black, and a clay bar wax. I've got big plans for her, but just taking it one step at a time.

I don't post here much, just lurk and admire all the cars, but I need some help. Need to do the brakes on my 2009 WRX. Can someone point me to a thread with good info on what parts to buy or where a good place to order from is?

My car is stock so I don't know any good parts to get, not looking for a bring upgrade as its just my daily driver, just a comparable replacement for the OEM

Thanks for any help

Wondering if anyone has any info on rear bumpers for the 08 wrx sedan. Someone hit n run me and I don't want to just buy the oem if I can start towards changing the body as a whole now.

I'd probably go with some HAWK HPS pads and some decent 'blank' rotors, or slotted.

My apologies in advance for the camera phone quality pics, but here's a better angle of the tire project I finished a couple weekends ago:

Looks a lot better in person and in the sun

I like it man. How long did it take you and what did you use? Yes I've seen the thread but there are some different ways people have been doing it. Lol

I've been going back and forth on doing this to mine. I'm on 2011s tho and I have only seen one pic of someone doing it with stock wheels (2010s). So I'm a little hesitant on it because I think it probably looks better on aftermarket wheels.

They're rubber letters that are made by Tredwear Letters

If they have your tires in stock, you're all set. If they don't, you just have to take a picture of the letters you want with a ruler in the shot for scale and they'll use some imaging program to cut the letters. You have to put each individual letter on one at a time so it took me about 6 hours to do mine. Getting them straight and being as precise as possible is why it takes so long but it's worth it. Paint pens don't last very long so that's why I went with these. Also, tires that have large letters look better than ones that have small letters.
