Nice numbers. What octane did you use when you raced the 1/4?

I have a very similiar setup, plus the APS 65mm CAI and TGV deletes with maps for 91 and 98 octane. The intake does add a bit more power when tuned for, especially on high octane.

Yeah, dont worry about the intake, especially after you just got it custom tuned, not worth the time/money/effort... unless you need to have the loud intake sound

I think your time is pretty good, I took mine to the track (04 STi, TBE, UP, TGV deletes, Walbro, APS CAI, APS inlet) on my 98 map and trapped 109 with me mis-shifting into 2nd. It makes 355ft lbs and 307whp on Ed's road dyno.

Did you ice the TMIC? That helps.

He really needs an intake, trust me. There's a ton of cars running around here with every degree of VF39 setup, and intakes do help. Hell, I ran out of MAF on an SPT intake with a TD05 20G. If nothing else, removing the restriction of a stock intake/inlet helps. I think a larger intake, like the 73mm KS Tech would be sweet on a VF39, especially with 100 octane.

EDIT: I forgot to mention how great this car feels. It's super smooth and potent on the 93 map. Power seems to always be available, it pulls hard, and does it smoothly. On 100 octane, it does just the same, just more and better. Sounds incredible too with the SP2.

Adam i PMed matt about an intake he said we could try it, just to do logs before and after, so next time we go to the track or something we should try the SPT on my car or something, idk.
