WRX wheels on outback wagon

Will these 2003 WRX wheels fit on a 2009 outback wagon 2.5i.

Will the TPMS from my wheels fit on these wheels?

They will fit just fine but look funny since you will be pushing the wheels in by 5mm. Outback & Forester wheels are 48mm offset where as WRX wheels are 53mm offset.
