Default Cheap Desktop PC

So my dad needs a new desktop <$400... I was looking online at Fry's and came across a few that were at that price. I don't know what's going on with processors really so I can't compare these much. Which would you guys go for:

They all come with Vista 64 bit, the first 3 are HPs the last one is a Lenovo. The other crap like media card readers etc. are not important, this will be used for pretty basic things. I like the last one because it's a Lenovo but the 2nd one seems like the best overall? HDD space is not that important, mainly just computing speed.

If all he does is surf the web and send emails, any of them would be fine.

Yea except slickdeals always posts laptops, I've been looking for one for a few weeks at least and have rarely come across any desktops in that price range.

I was looking at Dell's but these HP's seem like a lot more computer for the money.
