Default CE28n fitment on sti

So I'm thinking of purchasing a set of CE28N 18x9 +35 offset for 07 STI. What modifications will I need to do to make it fit?

I'm currently on stock shocks, swift springs and cusco front and rear sway bars. Any info will help out!

What tire size? +35 is 18mm further out than stock. Even if you stuck the narrowest possible tire on there (which I guess would be 235/35/18), you'll be in for fender rolling. Putting something with decent width like 255/35/18 or 265/35/18 and you'll be in for some real work front and back.
