So, wiper motor, wiper arm, and controls are all taken care of. And I have a guy looking at my rear window early next week to see about making a hole... everything is coming along. well if he get's real glass...then he'll lose the heating wire filaments.....? and it's just a lot safer in an accident. I can't tell you how many ppl get shreaded by glass in car accidents. EVEN with the tempered "Safety Glass"

Chris, I think that Mike was talking about the glass that already has the hole in it.
Mike, the real glass would have to be inported from Japan or Europe. I wouldn't want to know what the shipping would run on that ![]() Jim |

Jim, thats what I was talking about. I'm sure it wouldn't be cheap, but then again, neither is that switching mechanism he just got.
![]() ![]() How much would you say that you have into it total so far Brian? I know that I have seen at least 1 post from someone who is importing a crashed WRX, wonder if they will get the rear glass with it? Mike |
