I hate to say it, but with a 101 in a 65 and the high amount of street racing that goes on around here, a lawyer probably wont do you any good. Youre probably better off just taking the hit and losing your license. If it was 85 in a 65 or something like that, then you might have a chance.

Just out of curiosity, any Careless and Reckless endangerment on the pink slip?

my bf got a 100 in a 55 and the lawyer requested a M-F 6am-8pm restricted liscense and he got it...so thats probably your best bet...get your lawyer to fill out all the paperwork before hand and just hand it on up, then after a month of no weekend/night driving you can reapply for your liscense..it just costs about 300$ plus the fines and court costs

Don't just take the hit, a lawyer can ALWAYS get it reduced. Rusty DeMent. Got my 27 over knocked down to 9 over. He's also the guy that got that drunk ncsu kid that killed the lady on the bike no jail time. If you can kill a person and not go to jail, I think he will be able to help you out lol.

It all depends on the judge. Anything over 95 and they are not too happy usually. This is what I have on my record:

129 in a 65
109 in a 65
164 in a 65
139 in a 65

One of them was on a way to an autox in Laurinburg, the Trooper actually wrote me 80 in a 65

I actually was arrested on the spot for them, car was towed etc. I got out of one of them because the State Trooper broke both of my wrists putting me in cuffs.

The worst was a $1,500 fine and 500 community service, that sucked. Never had a license suspended or anything of that sort.

The lawyer will usually suspend the court date until they get the judge/ADA combo they know will knock down the charges. What do you pay for insurance these days lol.

Which sometimes works out for the better and sometimes for the worse.

Well considering I have close to a dozen wreckless driving offenses as well as 5 total vehicle losses and 2 stolen vehicles it is NOT that bad

My 2008 STi is $162/month. 2006 Evo IX was $167.

oh my god... excuse me. because that makes it sound SO much better!

driving fast is expensive and puts people in danger. There's a reason why us cops enforce speed limits... its not fun pulling bodies from burning vehicles.

We all speed, all the time. Get over it.

And the logging was a joke about the above post.

Last I checked, I NEVER double the speed limit.

5 over, sure, who cares? 70 over, yea, you have mental issues.
