Default FS in GA: 2000 Honda S2000 - $8900 - clean title, no accidents

Good condition, clean title, no accidents

I have no need for a second car, particularly one of this little usability, so my S2000 is for sale. Maintenance performed in the last 11k miles include rear diff fluid, tranny fluid, and new rear tires. In the last 6k miles, the car has a received a new windshield, new top with glass rear window, spark plugs, new brakes (rotors, pads, fluid flush), valve adjustment, valve cover gasket, spark plug seals, oil/filter. Recent compression tests returned 250/240/250/250. I will change the oil once again prior to sale, so you'll just need to get in and go, no need to worry about maintenance for a while.

The car is bone stock, no modifications whatsoever. The car was previously turbocharged with a Greddy kit, which included everything from fuel injectors to engine management to a huge front mount intercooler. The car still runs off the Walbro fuel pump and the front bumper was slightly trimmed to house the intercooler, as evidenced in the pictures. The kit was very mild and I have never had an issue with the car before, during, or after the turbo kit.

Mechanically, the car is very sound and runs extremely well. There is a small hiccup at idle from time-to-time, but it does not affect the drivability of the car in the least. It accelerates perfectly smoothly and feels great. I think it may be fuel injector related because, while the car was turbo charged, this lumpy idle absolutely did not exist. The ACT clutch kit buzzes and is noisy, but it's tolerable. I love the feel of the pressure plate, so I've lived with the noise from the kit for 3k miles and have had no problems with it. I will occasionally get a slight 2nd to 3rd gear grind, but this is a very common issue for these cars. I'd rate the mechanics as good.

Externally, this car is far from perfect. It's a nice 10ft car, but once we get in for a close examination, you'll notice several imperfections. The previous owner parked the car outside, so the paint isn't the cleanest. It has its fair share of dings, including two sizeable marks on the passenger side of the car. The paint is peeling off the front lip. The car has lived its whole life in the southeast, so there's no rust to speak of. I'd rate the exterior of the car as fair.

Looking to get $8900. I will entertain trade offers for practical, economical cars plus a good chunk of cash from your end. VIN available upon request.
