Default Medieval.

So i ordered their lightened crank pulley 10 days ago, after a while of waiting i open the box throwing paper every where like a child on Christmas... merely to find this:

wtf. i emailed their sales account and am awaiting reply. has anyone else had experience with wrong parts received? i dont want to have to pay shipping on something that i shouldnt have to pay on. i also have a car in a body shop waiting on this pulley... so what are the odds they can overnight this without trying to charge me for their mistake?

edit: WTF did i receive anyway? some sort of suspension parts... but i have no idea. anyone?

This happened to me before, they shouldn't charge you at all to send it back. Either they will send you a box with pre-paid shipping, or they will reimburse you for what it cost to ship it back. As for overnight shipping on the corrected part, good luck, I highly doubt it. I could be wrong though...

Hey, if you can sell the stuff for more than what you paid for the pulley, then keep it and profit.

Looks like "dog-bone" motor mounts for a 03-05 SRT-4. I could be wrong.
