Hey.
i found a.... 2008 WRX STI for $4000!!! ![]() But there is a catch.. duh first...it has 56,000 miles second...it was in a wreck. The ad says it isn't a bad wreck and the car still runs great. the pic just shows the front bumper all gnarled up. so someone tell me about whether this is a good deal or not?

I would go scam. With no frame damage $4k for that car would be a steal. body parts and a few under hood components would probably run you $5-6K so you would have a perfectly good STi for $10k or so. Salvage title would suck so I would only do it if you plan on keeping it for a long time.
And you can easily put 56k on a car in 2 years. I worked a job where I put on 10k miles in 2 months and I was just getting started. |

i'd run from it unless you are going to turn it into a track car and it's not actually a scam
