I took it down, its taken SPO 3 weeks to send me a Borla header. I shipped it 3 day.
Scott at SPO says they are not hurting for any customers so they have no need to compensate me. So I took down the sight seeing as how they have no need for more customers.

Wow, no need to compensate? Well, if you are his developer/host, then you have the right to take it down. Since technically it's YOUR website.

Hope it works out for you. Wait til SPO tries to get a 'professional' developer to maintain a site and they crap themselves when they hear the normal fees

SPO does use a pro team to do their website. And I know Scott, he would never say that about not needing customers, he's a good guy, please don't slander him.

Um. Enough? Please?
I can understand your frustration about it, but we don't need to read about it in every thread referring to SPO. Just like we don't need to hear about the JC turbo GB every time somebody mentions the name JC Sports. Thank you.

I agree. Scott is not only a great guy/personal friend/SPEC Member, but he's also a very, very busy guy. He takes his job seriously and full of heart! That's why everyone likes him!!! Plus he's a ton of fun to hang around. So please don't slander him! Now "ME" on the other hand...

He said flat out "we're not hurting for customers or anything you see, so by you asking me to bla bla bla..." His words. It just makes me mad. The pure lack of all customer service Scott threw at me yesterday really shows me they are no better than JC sports. My order for my Borla headers got so screwed up and I don't even think SPO really cared. I almost never got a call back from messages I left. At one point I was told the headers shipped and were delivered and signed for the day before they talked to me. I later found out the tracking # they were looking at was for my catback and exhaust and had been delivered over a week before that, but they told me it was signed and delivered a day ago, right. They weren't trying to pawn it off on UPS or anything. Don't hate me, I'm not upset with any of you. You’re always very helpful and kind. I didn't really bring down SPO sight, I'm glad it is down though --karma-- that’s what they get.

Please STOP! This is totally uncalled for. I'm sure that this is just a big misunderstanding. I know that they've been really busy and that he's been out of the office! So I'm sure that everything will get worked out. SPO is all about CS, so I'm sure that you just took it the wrong way. If you know SPO like I do, then you would know that they would NEVER intentionally do any harm to you or the products that they sell. That's not opinion either... that's fact! Now, before this gets heated anymore, this thread should be locked!

Lock the thread? That's not a good idea. If you think SPO is getting a bad rap now, wait until everybody thinks they're getting special treatment by the moderator. Then you'll really see some **** fly. Just about everybody says SPO has integrity, so I'll believe that. Every business has occasional slip-ups so I'm not going to fault them for that.

I agree I'm sorry I took it as far as I did. Before the mix up SPO was pretty good. But the more and more messed up the order got, I felt the less and less customer service I got. I do understand that it was kinda out of SPOs control once the order was placed with Borla but, SPO is Borlas customer and its up to SPO to make sure Borla is doing there part. Shipping it to the wrong zip code first, then letting it sit for over a week after that, then on the final ship sending it ground and not 3 day like the customer asked, its bad customer relations. Now the fact that SPO said they would pick up the shipping and then it gets shipped ground and not expensive 3 day, shouldn't suprise me. This was my first order with SPO and it didn't give me a very good impression of them. I just wanted to let you all know what happened and the comment that Scott made. "We’re not hurting for customers or anything you see" I think the board has a right to know Scotts outlook of the board and what valued customers we are.
Again I'm sorry I took it as far as I did.

On a side note my headers arrived yesterday, 3weeks and 5 days later. I installed them and they are bad. I'm starting another thread for that though.
