Default Question about proECM chip and turbo

Are there any negative effects of using the proECM chip with a turbo? If the chip advances ignition timing, wouldn't this be potentially be bad for detonation?

No, the chip makes the stock computer learn much faster, which means that if the ignition is retarded by detonation, it will be resuming advaced timing much faster. There are no known negative effects of the chip.
