Default FS: 16" Subaru Steelies and SNOW tires!

You never know these days with global warming and the ever present threat of nuclear winter looming!

I am selling my 16" OEM Subaru steelies and 205/55/16 Goodyear Nordic snow tires. These were used for 1 winter (November to February on the car) and were great in the snow/slush/ice. Tread is still damn near new, with a lot of the little rubber "whiskers" still attached to the tires. Making room for 15" Nordic snow tires for next winter on my gravel wheels

Wheels are in storage currently, so no close up pics right now. Pics on car earlier this year:

Great in the snow!

Setup cost me $740 last year...asking $600 obo

They are great! They are exclusive to Canadian Tire, so if you search Goodyear Nordic winter tires on google you will see the reviews, etc.

Are you able to run 15" rims on your WRX? I would like to run 15" and 195 65 15s this winter but can't find out if they will clear the brakes.

Sorry this is my first post, I have been searching around to see if its possible.

thanks

all WRX's can clear 15" Rally wheels, they can't clear regular 15" wheels.

'02-'05 WRX calipers may still need some grinding to clear gravel wheels....just ask banman!

'06-'07 WRX calipers are slightly smaller profile and fit gravel wheels just fine.

But as a general rule...Drakar is correct in saying that MOST 15" wheels will NOT clear WRX brakes.
