op: your vehicle doesn't please total strangers on a forum.. i know it's horrible don't panic... judging by the 17x7-8 size i'd say these are approximately 45-48 offset.. may barely clear brembos.

I've already ordered the factory grill, I tried to negotiate its cost out of the final sale price but had no luck. I'm not the biggest fan of the wheels but I'd like to get the bremb's before a new set, so hopefully a wheel spacer can temporarily fix the problem. I'm nearly positive I'll end up with rota attacks or P-45f's... But re-finishing w/e wheels are on it (in bronze maybe?) and brembos are my first priorities.

ed: I could care less for the comments, coincidently I agree w/ 1st two comments. Actually i'm half tempted to change the grill before the drive home lol... This is my 2nd bugeye, and in 1-2 months it will have little resemblense to it's looks now. If you see anything on the car you like I may be interested in selling it, let me know.

and my question was about the wheels: if someone knows... i'd appreciate it.

In my opinion, the brakes and eventually a new set of wheels will make this car perfect for me for years to come (it's a dd im not doing extensive mod's to the eng/tranny, and they simply look incredible on subi's)

Those look like some cheap wheels they used to sell at Pep Boys, the brand is Team Loco I think. At least that's what the center caps are from. Probably pretty heavy and the wrong offset, like in the 35-40mm range.

And you might want to check the tread depth on the tires, it looks like there is one Kumho and 3 Fuzions. The Kumho might be a lot newer than the others and too much of a difference in diameter can affect your differential.

In my opinion....the brake bias on the pre-06 wrx is BAD...way BAD

and putting the brembos on it makes it a whole lot worse

why make poor brakes worse by doing this???

this is just another one of those things that seems like a good idea, but is a terrible idea

What do you mean bad? Too much or too little brake bias? I've considered upgrading to the H6 rear brakes because it seems like the car could use a bit more in the rear.
