1) not enough information. It has to be 5x100 and match the hub with a reasonable offset
2) the rim might not clear your brakes
3) 205/50/15 is a mere 23.1" tall. Your stock tires are 24.6" tall. That's a 6.1% variation. 2-3% is generally maximum. In other words, the tire size you said is really friggin' small.
4) More generally, 6" wheels with 50+ sidewall can handle 50% more tire than rim width which equates to 225 wide. 225/55/15 would probably be the size (24.7" tall). That'd be maximum. This size doesn't really exist though, except in some competition tires.

Generally though, assuming those rims actually fit well, the recommended tire for those rims would be 205/60/15. There's actually a few to choose from in that size too... (bridgestone 960A/S's are $66 in that size on TR)

EDIT: I really don't think any 15" rims clear your front brake calipers anyway.

My '98 GS-R came with 195/55-15 rubber on the stock 15x6 wheels and I ran 205/50-15 with no problem.

Yeah, you can run 205's on a 6" rim no problem. I ran 205/50/15 on 15x6" wheel. Tirerack specifies the wheel width range between 5.5" to 7.5" for 205/50.
