97 OBS with 05 WRX Swap

Up for sale is my 1997 Outback Sport with 2005 WRX Swap

The Facts:
Glacier white and Gray
Body has 148,276 miles
Engine has about 48,000
Changed oil about every 3-4 months with synthetic oil and Subaru filters. Only drove car about 12k over 2 years. Drove my MR2 (also for sale) in the summer/nice weather

My plan was to swap to Ver5/6 bumper, add suspension, spoilers, paint, etc. But I've decided (with the permission of the lady) go ahead and get a newer car

The Good:
Swapped by East Coast Swappers October 2007
STi catback
Gutted up pipe
RS transmission w/ matching 4.11 rear end
WRX front & rear brakes
Hawk HPS pads (f&r)
Front Brembo rotors
Samco Y-pipe
Ebay Strut bars (front and rear)

GR2 struts

WRX Rims w/ Dunlop DS2 snow tires. Will also include a set of Cooper Zeon 2XS tires with only about 2k miles on them
Can throw in a set of steelies with all seasons if they fit over wrx brakes (never tried)

Not installed but will include:
02 WRX seats front and rear
Flat fuel door kit
Side skirts, unpainted
RS Bumper beam

The bad:
Transmission shifting is a little sloppy, can probably be remedied with some bushings
Gas level sensor throws a CEL and causes the gauge to bounce around under 1/2 tank of gas. over 1/2 tank no problems at all
HVAC works perfect, except the condenser needs to be replaced and system recharged
Motor seems to have a blown head gasket. I was going to replace it but figured I'd wait to see if someone want the car as is, prewired, and throw a 2.5 shortblock or ver 8 motor in. I have no intention of repairing the head gasket in my garage so you'll have to have the car towed
*update* car doesn't seem to start, i'm done diagnosing the mechanical issue. could possibly need a new block
Some signs of rust, scratches, typical of a 12 year old car

All that being said, I'm looking for about $4,500
Definitely willing to negotiate, and will go down on price if you don't need all the extras
