Default V1 Live boost reading

I just bought my wrx with the accessport V1 and on the main menu it says live boost reading but as i was reading through the users guide it says "never use the accessport while driving because it may cause damage to the vehicle. So how do I use the live boost reading?

You can read live boost while driving the car; although it's not safe to keep your eyes on that and not the road

The only damage can happen is during a reflash of the ECU and if it fails somehow.

Cheers
