I see so many WRX/STI's on the road all the time, but no one ever posts in here that they spot me. I feel...invisible.

I know that feeling all too well. Where are you located and details of.your scoob. I will keep an eye out for ya lol. If its posted I can't see on my phone. Mines an 01 stm 2.5 rs with stock black rims 6k hids and yellow fogs and a silver Subaru plate frame.. no tint yet and probably filthy if people see her lol. Trying to keep this beast clean is like telling an infant not to smear food on their face... It doesn't work too well lol. But when she is clean she is super shiney. Blindingly so lol. I am mainly in the thornedale area but I have been known to wander to West Chester and kop.. as well as Delaware amongst other places..

On that spotted note.. bout 5 mins ago on eb 30 bypass new blue wrx with a bike on top.. I was enjoying a scoobysnack when I passed you but I managed to wave.

Might be keeping you from getting posts/waves if you have them in your stock reflectors.

Thanks!

It's an Old School Yakima 43" Fairing. Pretty much the same thing as the Thule 555 44" Fairing. Picked it up on eBay 2-3 years ago. It was brand new.

No.. They arent all that bright atleast not as bad as you would think. And yes they are in the stock housing but they are properly aimed and have little to no scatter. Most people around here think its a cop car .. yeah I have been told that.. weird I know. But no I dont drive at normal hrs of the night when most NORMAL subie owners are out lol.

Throw me the bird I'll toss it back I wave at just about every subie I pass.. unless of course I am deep in thought or more focused on whats going on in front of me.

Buttoned up my clutch today and went out for a cruise. Finally some good weather! Went out through Hershey and passed a handful of sedans. I'm from Lebanon. Gotta find some more people around me! I'm in a 2010 hatch, lowered with some more junk on her

1. It's black.
2. I strongly agree for what it stands for.

Most people had them back in the day when it was a sign of somebody that was up for a street race. Bensalem cops pulled people over with Dare plates regularly. I remember almost every car in the theater lot had them at the first fast and furious movie. Aren't they white now?

I don't remember that about the plates but I do remember seeing the first Fast and the Furious movie. The whole theater lot was nothing but rice.

They're the same color at the normal PA tags now, white, blue and yellow.

Yeah, I saw the original Fast & Furious movie in the theatre opening night. Watched some tool in the parking lot destroy his car trying to do a burnout or drift and drove right into a curb. It was pretty epic.

Speaking of rice, saw this last night on our way to dinner in Chestnut Hill:

^Those are hubcaps btw.

It was like that for sure. Had one on a Camry in 1997, accidentally got caught up in Philly on a Sunday night during races. The cops blocked a road off and started ticketing everyone. I told them I had no clue, and was in an 89 Camry. He said to me then why do you have the dare plate if you are here by accident. Luckily it was my parents car, I told him I had no clue what kind of plate I had. He let me go. The plate was awesome cause it was black, but in Philly, it drew attention for sure.
