Cleaned up some of the "clutter" by removing most of the badges from the rear - I prefer a cleaner look, and I believe it enhances the WRX considerably. Just wish I could do something about that trunk lock...Powdercoating maybe...

That's exactly how the rear of mine looks with badging. Maybe the lock just stands out more on the black (I'm WRB). I agree - kind of wished Subaru had coated/anodized lock assembly black to start with.

The 'all-out' way to go would be to have a body shop fill (shave) the trunk lock and just live with the trunk release. Maybe if I ever have to have the deck lid painted (or go CF).
