Default Full Run HP-199 Tires

Has anyone ever heard of these tires? Im not going to knock it before I try it. There were NO reviews on the Nexen / Federal tires before, but now they are one of the most popular tuner tire out. Does anyone have any info on these Full Run tires? They look pretty awesome. And they are FAR cheaper than the Nexens.

But how can we say "no" before anyone has really tested them? The Nexen tire (from Taiwan) seems to hold up pretty well, from what I have read.
