Default Element GT52 Powered Bugeye.

It put down 473whp/513wtq on 93 and 50/50 @25lbs. It was tuned by Corey Parrish @ Slow Motion Motorsports in Sunbury, Ohio.

Engine:
-ej257 shortblock with overbore.
-Wiseco 100mm pistons.
-Manley forged rods.
-new oil pump, water pump, oil pan, gaskets, etc.
-ARP studs.
-PE timing belt.
-new knock sensor.

Heads:
-rebuilt stock heads.
-Crower Stg 2 cams.
-Spec C deleted tgvs.

Engine Management:
-Hydra EMS and Hydramist water/alcohol injection.
-Greddy Profec B-spec 2.

Bolt-ons:
-Element GT52 (wastegate permanently closed).
-custon Vishnu up-pipe w/44mm Tial (vented to atmosphere).
-custom catless 3 turboback w/Vibrant Ultra Quiet Resonator.
-Borla wrapped header.
-TurboXS front mount intercooler.
-PE 800s cleaned and flow tested to avg. of 820 (just done for troubleshooting).
-Perrin fuel rails.
-Perrin intake and turbo inlet.
-NGK Laser Platnum spark plugs (one step colder).

Drivetrain:
-JDM 6-speed non-DCCD.
-Exedy twin-plate clutch kit w/flywheel.
-DSS aluminum driveshaft.
-DSS front axles.
-R180 rear-end w/Subaru 2-pots.
-Kartboy short shifter and bushings.
-Group N tranny mounts, dogbone, and motor mounts.

Sorry to sound dumb, in the UK we have Brake horse power usally measured at the flywheel. How is WHP measured?

Nice power figure whether it be at the fly or the hubs.

There this cool new website that came out about 3 hours ago that has all sorts of information. Its kinda like an encyclopedia collection, but on teh intraweb.

not really sure how to use it yet, but i managed to find this

I usually shift between 6500 and 7000. But to answer your question, I'm not sure what it's set at. I guess I should check sometime soon.

I was just looking at the graph and saw it stopped at 6500. Huge power out of the 2.0. Did u build it to run the 1/4, or track it?

it is not a 2.0, in the build write up it says the short block is an ej257

Very nice numbers. So you went with the stock WRX heads, no porting at all and made these numbers, WOW!!!

Nope, no porting. They were cleaned up, and rebuilt with some factory replacement parts. The cams are the only things that were upgraded.

I wanted it to be an all around fast car that could be driven in any condition and maybe even a 1/4 mile here & there.
