I know the fix on the poo's you're talking the cleanfire 4 injector injection system on the 800,s. It was caused by a switch over in the injectors in the mid range and people like me who ride in that range a lot were burning them down due to lean conditons. Poo came out with a update to make them the cross fire 2 injector injection system.


What you doing with your 600 cam?

What you doing with your 600 cam?
I have to rebuild both clutches (I'll never go to Marita again, they lubed the clutches and it caused them to swell up) replace a little plastic and then I'm selling it so I have some money to put down on the new sled. I'll sell it pretty cheap w/ brand new clutches if your interested. It does need a new track though, I put a used 2" track under it when I bought it and it has seen it's days.

It's an 07 Switchback, I think it has around 2100 - 2400 miles if I remember correctly

Mods:

SLP Can, SLP Intake, Gripper (RMK) skis, power mad 4" riser, slp intake vents, slp flow rites, snow eliminators, high watt grips (these things get freakin toasty), removed sway bar, RMK VES springs, 19/42 gears (way lower then stock); and the Polaris skid plate. I think that's it. Here's what it looks like.

how does it run? how many pulls does it take in cold weather?

Yeah that's why I removed the sway bar, it carves so much nicer now.

Usually 2 or 3 pulls the first time it is started in a day (unless it is super cold then maybe 4-5, but I'm talking 10*F and colder), every time you start it that day after will be 1 pull. It uses a battery-less efi system and the first pull or two charges it up. If you do some reading the Polaris 600 CFI is known to be the strongest running 600, it is bullet proof.

We need to have an akic get together sled style for sure this winter lol. I love having a fire in the woods in the winter, there's something about it lol
