Default Sounds like a flat tire, but the tire is fine?

Pretty much what the title says. When driving slow I get this squishy rubbery noise that happens once ever revolution in the front driver side wheel. I could of swore I had a flat tire but the tire is fine, and their is no evidence of anything rubbing which leads me to think that the wheel bearing is on its way out.

That is my analysis on the situation, some higher opinions would be great.
