Default 04 STi - TGV cel code delete help

I did my TGV deletes a while ago, and then got very sidetracked with a drag car build that was supposed to take ummmmm NOT 2 years! But ya it did. So anyway i need to get back to driving the car on a more regular basis and i need to make these codes go away so I can use my cruise.

So i know i need and OBD2 to usb cable

what program do i need to download?

Also anyone who remembers me......Hi!

While this question belongs in the opensource tuning subforum and im sure it will be moved there very soon, i will still tell you that you need to download romraider and ecuflash. they have details on ecu definitions and installation help on the download websites.
