Wagon or sedan? A lot will depend on the wheel's offset and tire size as well as width.

I have a wagon with 18x7.5 +46 with 225/40/18 tires on stock suspension and had to roll my rear fenders.

it is a sedan, and for now lets just say plans for suspension mods will be postponed until i see how well i can fill out the fender gap with wheels and tires. is the 18x8 48mm with stock suspension? thanks

In short, since you'll have bigger wheels and smaller tires (your overall diameter should match or at least be close), you won't really fill the gap with wheels alone. However, the bigger wheels will give the illusion that the gap is smaller because there is less black from the tires.

this 'filling the gap' idea is just plain stupid as it is impossible to do without doing stupid things to your car

like too many do....

in the first post i asked for informative feedback and was very polite. i'm not impressed with your "smart-a$$" skills, as i'm sure mine far far surpass yours, so give it a rest and act like an adult. if you dont like people coming to this site to learn then spend your time doing something else, because to the best of my knowledge that's pretty much what it is here for. to everyone else thanks for the input

i also have an 04 sedan on cobb springs. I love the drop i get from them, and handling as well. i would recommend getting struts soon after getting the springs though. i have Pink struts on mine. i'm running 17x8 with a 48mm offset without any rubbing... untill i get all my friends/fam in the back seat and i get a bump or i go up a steep curb like my drive way xD ride quality is bumpy but not toooo bumpy. my struts are just stiff and need to be re greased :S
