Well, obviously a lawyer. If its your first you keep your license and usually given the option of AA for a reduced sentence.

Yea definitely what he said Lawyer should be first call....then your mom because it sucks disappointing her but its better to get it out of the way quick. Best of luck to ya it sucks and is an expensive journey one I will never take again. I have a few recommendations for 1 if ya need it!

Yes i got a DUI 3 years ago on 702@695. Blew a .09 got a pbj and 6 months non supervised probation. It sucked and almost lost my job. And it was expensive after class and lawyer and tickets. I learned my lesson and its cheaper to take a cab or call for a ride.

I feel that if someone gets a dui there should be no chance to get off and automatic revocation of license. Probably a little harsh but i guess losing a parent due to a drunk driver does that.
