Default Cluster gauge light problem

The light bulb in cluster gauge in my car went out... is this something that can be easily replaced? it's the bulb of needle on tachometer and another on the 10-60 mpg.
If I can replace this where is best place to get the bulb?

I have WRX 2004 by the way.
Thanks!

just standard 194-size bulbs.
Check the "gauge cluster color change" threads for more info.

Default Bulb replacement

I have 2004 wrx and my cluster bulbs went out as well. Bulb number is #74. Auto stores sell them sometimes but be careful they burn out fast something to do with wrong voltage. they should be 14V 3W. subaruparts.com carries this bulbs somewhat cheap. part number 85066GA390. remove cluster(easy) and look at all bulbs see which one burned out there should be 3 blue ones, 2 red ones and 8 black, these are bases that bulbs seat in i am talking about. good luck

the four main lights are 194s and the indicator lights are all 74's... maybe it's the other way, but I think it's that way. The blue bases are the 194's same bulb only a little brighter basically.

Default 2004 WRX cluster bulbs

So i went to Advanceautoparts store and got #74 bulbs and 194. 194's base is to wide for the sockets(blue once) so i got #24's and they look like they fit ok but do not seat all the way in the socket. Back light bulbs according to subaru manual have to be 14V 3W, so # 24 are the most compatiable. Let me know guys if any thoughts on this one. Thanks

I get the whole business with my old legacy and my WRX confused from time to time... especially when it comes to random little bits.
