Default help please

Hello all I have an 03 wrx sedan.....I have been driving it awhile with the airbag light on also the horn cruise control do not work..... i have checked for blown fuses.....does anyone know if these are controlled by a relay?.....if so where?

Steering roll connector is most likely bad. Also known as the clock spring.

Moved to the proper forum.
Usually an airbag light accompanied by an inoperative horn and cruise control indicates a defective roll connector/clock spring in the steering column. You can get the airbag code read to confirm where the problem is, either by having a dealer scan it or by following the diagnostic procedure in the service manual.
