Default Timing specs. for a 00 Forester

So I am going to be redoing the timing and belts on my 2000 Forester with a non turbo EJ25 and I was wondering what are the timing specs and whatnot?

timing is controlled by the ECU. As for lining up the timing belt, the new one should have marks on it. Line up the cam sprockets marks to 12:00(straight up) and the crank with the same mark(not the triangle) straight up. Put the belt on and line up belt marks with sprockets, good to go. Or get a manual, they help.
