You couldnt get her to spool any better? That thing should hit 19 psi before 4,000. Maybe that manifold is holding you back?

Those are awesome numbers for that particular dyno!
A stock 2008 wrx made 160whp, 210chp, 224tq. 2009 265 wrx: 190whp, 255chp, 248tq. 2009 STi: 200whp, 283chp, 275tq.
Those were done in November of 2008, therefor very different temperatures.
Just to give you a general idea of what this dyno reads.

needs a dohc and =+1000 rpm downlow and hold it another +1000 rpm up top..your spool isn't great, but what would bother me more is that you lose more power at redline than on the stock vf39 STi turbo.
Get dohc and at least a ported wrx mani for cheap!
