What can i do? I went to the subaru dealer saying they can't order another key so they want $107 to remove the lock. Any suggestions?

Dealerships have a set of like a dozen keys (like master keys) that will take the lock off. They have them in case owners bring their car in for service and don't provide the wheel lock key. They just charge you a stupid amount for bringing them out.

Just use a 12 point 3/4in socket... hammer it over the security lug and twist the lug off. Lost mine before...

This. Often doesn't even wreck the socket.

BOOM exactly. I've had this done more times than I'd like to admit. Most any tire shop knows this method and is more then willing to do it, though you might loose the lock nut and/or they'll charge you for the socket. Needless to say, I've learned to order an extra lock and give it to my wife to keep because I loose crap so easy.

Well give the 12 point socket a go. But don't you think it's weird that Subaru can't replace an oem wheel lock key?

socket trick should work. as for subaru not selling you a new one. they want to make money by charging you more to remove yours and selling you a new kit.
