wagon vs sedan front bumper 02-03 wagon

Helping a buddy out. He has 02-03 wagon. And needs a used front bumper and wanted to know if a 02-03 sedan front bumper would fit and line up etc. Even if he didnt get the sedan fenders. I tried searching and looking at pics and i think it will. Anyone know for sure?

Nope, the sedan bumper is a little wider and the wheel wells on the sedan also go further in towards the wheels.

If he feels like converting the front fenders to sedan fenders, he can use the sedan bumper with that, or I guess if he is a maven of fiberglassing, he could cut the center of the bumper out and shorten it by some tiny amount to make it fit on the wagon.

It's not that it won't fit, but it won't line up perfectly.

Won't it mostly mount up, but be too wide at the sides for the wagon fenders?

can u stretch the front bumper on a wagon to fit sedan fenders? i have an 03 wagon and really want the sedan fenders, my bumper is already cut up for my fmic, dont know if the extra flexibility would help it or not

wagons have a diffrent bumper anyway, just the look of it is diffrent
