NO do not "dual" drill and don't try the ol' "fill n' drill". I knew a guy that had a Focus SVT, which apparently has an odd pattern (5x112?) and knew a shop that said they've done both the dual drill and fill n drill techniques. He had a set of wheels that he really wanted but didn't come in the right size or fitment. It almost ended in complete catastrophic disaster, with 3 wheels completely falling apart while he was taking a freeway exit ramp in Houston. Not only was the car completely jacked up, it shook him up pretty bad.

EDIT: Correction, the Focus SVT was 4x108.
