a 2.0 w/ a 47lb/min turbo spooling around 4k sounds right to me.

Because the 68HTA is lopsided as ****. The turbine is so small (in comparison to the compressor wheel), that it takes A LOT of exhaust gases to spin the compressor. Not to mention its a 2L.
