i waited like a week or so on my exhaust. everything else got to me post haste except for the ecu and he didn't have any spares in. i called him every other day until he had one and when he says it'll be shipping out that day or the next day, ask when you can call for a shipping number. be a pain. the squeaky wheel gets the grease. i don't regret going with shiv and i will in the future go with shiv. calling is the best way, i just want to re-emphasize (sp?) that. i can't wait until their stage 3 is released.

Got my ECU reflashed two days ago....

They guys at Vishnu were friendly and helpful and I was in and out of there in about the same amount of time you spend at a drive through. Shiv did the re-flash and he gave a test drive around the block with his foot in it............nice guy obviously knows what he is doing. A good experience and would do bisness with them again...........and oh yeah the exhaust pieces are more like art work as the finish and craftmanship was far beyond anything that I have seen. I allready had a system that I paid a bit less for but the Vishnu pieces would be worth the extra$$ IMO

Angry Vishnu Performance (merged thread)

Ordered EMI adapter in early Dec. Have had e-mails responded to sometimes...phone call returns promised...delivery dates projected...No delivery as of yet, and no call back as promised...If Vishnu is GOD, I'm definitely becoming an atheist!!!!!!!!!!!

Default Hey Vishnu - ANSWER YOUR PHONE!!

I have called Vishnu 3 times a day for the past 5 days, not including Sunday, and got a live person 1 time. I also left 2 messages and received 0 return phone calls. Is this the kind of customer service I can expect? I want to order Stage 0 and ask a few questions, but if this is how it's gonna be, I think maybe I'll reconsider. Anyone else experience this?

I tried emailing them some questions and I never got any response. I was going to use thier upgrade path but now I don't think so. I require customer service when spending thousands of dollars. I don't understand thier business theory. There are always other options out there, it's your choice though.

I sent them 2 emails as well . . . no reply. I know Vishnu has a good reputation, but that must be in reference to their tuning abilities, because so far, customer service is pretty lousy.

ECUTEK (As well as Vishnu's) recently anounced ECUTEK's new ability to allow Delta Dash users Live User Programmability. See link below. This is HUGE and is probably causing a deluge of calls. Probably not an excuse but, at least, a reason.

My guess ONLY.

although if you do get the stuff from Vishnu I'd be willing to bet you will be happy with their products.

Vishnu = quality+safety
Vishnu != speedy service

Even with the strides they've been making, if they're that busy, maybe they should hire some more help. If we can't even get through to place an order, what good does it do us to have them developing new products and technologies?

sometimes i had the same problem,i kept trying on the phone and got a hold of them.i hear ya,they should get a secratary to at least take phone calls,as far as e-mails they returned all but 1 of my emails.i think someone said in these posts that they are probably super busy with the recent news about the delta dash system.i have the vishnu stage 0 with a downpipe and catless exhaust and i am very pleased with it,it was worth the wait.keep trying if you chose the vishnu system

wait a sec... I have never had a problem getting a hold of Brett or Shiv at Vishnu... Try calling after hours, the are always there...

No seriously, I have been a customer for 1 1/2 years through various stages on 2 wrx's and have only had the best service from Shiv and his team.

Yeah, I call three times a day starting at noon eastern time, which, if I'm not mistaken is 9 am in CA. And I call every three hours. Did it again today. Guess what? No answer. And no return call.

I rarely have had a problem getting hold of the guys at Vishnu. However, I have been over at the shop more than once while they are trying to decifer their voicemail messages. Speak slowly and clearly and they will call you back. Might take a day though...

Alright, good news. We can call off the dogs. Brett just called me back, and was very concilatory about the difficulties I've been having and we straightened everything out. They, indeed have been very busy, but it's always nice to get a live voice on the other end of the line. My only suggestion was some additional lines to keep up with the growing volume of calls. But he was very friendly and very professional, so, once again, love is in the air.
