Default picture of a key on power source

can someone show me a picture of how they tap into a key on power source or explain it. i understand that the wiper fuse 13a is a good one, but how do you ge tthe power from it? just put the wire under the fuse and plug it back in? seems sketchy

A good way add a fuse is to purchase a fuse tap. It plugs into the fuse slot you want to use and you place the original fuse back in the tap. There is also a pigtail for another fuse holder that ties to the new accessory. A good parts store should have them.
