Ok so I figured it out that my ecu took a digger
. Ok the guy that checked out the ecu for me, told me that only ecu's with matching numbers would work. But I was thinking the whole number, but that wouldn't be right. So is it the top numbers? Like 22611-AG034, so would another ecu with the same matching numbers work? Because I am used to hondas, if it's for a b18 it will work on any b18. But I don't think this is the same.

thank you, the guy who we took the car to, said if we don't use the same ecu it will fry other things. And cost us more money than we wanted to spend.. So that scared my parents and they don't want to pay to have the car ruined more. Which I don't blame them, so thank you... I guess I will order one off ebay and see how it goes. maybe fix the fenders and other things with the extra money.
that I didn't use on the shop lol, I'll go ge t the car tomorow and bring it home and order the ecu and have it ready for the new one. And hopefully get the fenders and hood ready to come off. |

REAd this and put it in the bank ____________________________________ it is quite odd for an ecu to just die like that it happens infrequently......very infrequently sometimes....a shop will tell somebody this---the above.... in order to assrape them for $$$$$ while they lazily figure out the REAL issue and make HUGE profit by 'selling' you a 'new' ecu and fixing the REAL issue for $ beware |
