My Ford F250 has an exhaust issue. The after muffler area has rusted apart at a bend and fallen off. It got so hot blowing on my spare that the tire nearly caught on fire on the way to the peninsula while it was in the hangar under the bed of the vehicle.

Where would be the best place to get this repaired here in Anchorage. The rest of the exhaust looks fine, it was just that one area that had the issue. It is a Gibson cat back exhaust.

Thanks in advance.

I've had good luck with Scotties Muffler.

Classic muffler on old seward. Wouldn't do muffler city, seen some crappy work out of there. Apparently Helen Keller is a welder there.

Thanks guys. I could just look in the yellow pages but I figure this is a much better resource to use.

+1 for Classic Mufflers, I've had a couple jobs done up by them with good results and a reasonable price.
