Default Cam dowel pin removal

Anyone have some tips on how to remove a dowel pin without destroying it or where I can get a new pin for a cam? I need one for a cam I am installing and have several sets of wrx cams that are worthless so I figured I'd pull it from one of them if possible.

thanks
Mike

this thread is older than dirt but FYI to anyone else searching for this, I got mine out by using a can of air turned upside down to freeze the pins and then they pulled out easily with vice grips.

Now - anyone know where to get a hold of NEW pins?
