Default Air Conditioning

Okay so i took a trip from Madison, WI to Chicago, IL recently and it was a good temperature on the way down there.. Probably 80-85 degrees... Windows down on the interstate is wayy to loud, so i turned the a/c on.. It was all fine until i looked at the vents and i saw like white smoke coming out from them. So i stuck my nose down there and it didn't really smell like anything... It was really really really cold... probably colder than normal.
Im a windows down guy so i dont really use the a/c that much, its never been on for over an hour before until today, but i was just wondering if it was normal for it to do that. It was kind of freaky to see white fog/smoke coming out of the vents.

I have a video that im uploading atm, ill post it once its done..

Thanks for all answers

Normal....that's what happens when your AC gets too cold before it cycles over to the off position. AC cycles....many don't know that.
