Will 09 wrx rims clear 06 brembos???

Now I know there is a sticky about which rims clear the brembos...but they were all aftermarket rims. I have 09 wrx 17" rims on my 02 will they clear 06 Brembos??? If you know let me know so I can close this thread

That may not be the correct answer. Don't give up just yet.

That is not the determining factor. If you are talking about the gold STi brembos, they probably won't clear. The spoke design has as much to do with clearance as offset.

I don't know the answer, but just knowing the width and offset is not enough to make the call.

06 STi (brembos) = 5x114.3 bolt pattern
09 WRX = 5x100 bolt pattern

The rims won't fit on an 06 STi anyway, even if they did clear the brakes.

04 STi is the only one with brembos and 5x100 and NO, they won't clear those brakes.

he has the brembos on his 02 wrx you can put any 04-07 brembos on you just need 04 rotters

I knew about the bolt pattern my question was whether or not the rims that I have will clear the brembos from the inside...I know that 05+ sti rims will not fit my car because of diff bolt pattern
