I agree, they could have been very cool. Typical Pioneer though, they executed very poorly. I find the issues with my AvicX-910BT more frustrating by the day, and I've had the thing for a while now.

My AVH-P4100DVD has suited me well. Though it does lack basic features like on-board Bluetooth, navigation, and needing to buy an iPod cable to integrate it properly. I'd look into the 3000BT series, unless those are the ones with crap reviews you are referring to.

I had the 4100 in my WRX and all you need for music via iPod is the USB cable that came with the iPod. You only need a special adapter if you're running video to the HU.

Looking for some great versatile subs?

Parts express is selling closeout t3 t600 10's for 67 bucks and 12's for 65. t3 had some owner/customer service issues and he sold everything off, the t600's are great subs especially for that steal of a price. They will do well in ported boxes for spl setups as well as small sealed for sq applications.

And I just impulse bought one. Not sure how I'll use the sub and I need to get some spacers, dampening material, and an install kit. Come to think of it, I still have the RA Audio components I bought on a whim sitting under my bed still in the packaging. I guess I can put them in my Camaro once it's finished.

Not the hottest of hot deals, but a good price for Focal authorized gear, including shipping and wiring harness (if you plan to reuse OEM wiring, that is):

Don't know yet. I just got the spacers yesterday but have no idea when I'll have the time to install everything. Probably going to be a while with my classes just starting up again. They really are quite heavy though.

Not a terribly "Hot" deal, but these are awesome for removal of trim and panels.

Ya, they actually are really nice they are well worth the money Sound quality is really good especially in there subs. They are more for someone looking for good quality sounds then someone who likes to just pound the **** of there speakers. I would buy one of these over the new fosgates. And they dont over rate what they have like some other brands do today. They are what they say they are!
