The "Dome" on Potter and Arctic (which is just east of the Arctic Boulevard and Potter Drive intersection,701 W. Potter Drive.)

The Arctic Alaska Region, of the Sports Car Club of America, will be sanctioning the fifth TSD (time-speed-distance) Road Rally of it's Summer Championship Season, on Saturday, August 1st. The Rallymaster will be Kim Ciccone, with Gail Engblom serving as the Safety Steward.

The F.R.A.N.K. Road Rally, is a tribute to Frank A. Ciccone, the Rallymaster's brother who passed away and who was regular rallyist—especially on the Mayday Mayday Road Rally with their father, Frank B. Ciccone. Checkpoints will be at places he worked, played, and frequented around midtown and southwest Anchorage. As a matter of fact, the rally will end at one of his favorite dining spots in Anchorage–the Sea Galley!
