Question Between shift rattle

When ever I shift I hear a rattle, sounds like one of the exhuast shields? But I can't be sure. It also happens if I rev up the engine then quickly let off the gas. Anyone have a clue?

If it is the BOV what can I do to fix it? Also is there a way to make certain that it is the BOV?

Thanks appreciate your help!

Also, does a N/A OBS have a BOV? I thought it was just on turbo's?

They are. Try a heat shield on the exhaust somewhere. With the car cold, and off, get under it and start to bang on the heat shields until you find the one that is rattling.
