I'll assume you're asking about the 2002 models.

1) The 2.5 RS is the "sport-tuned" version of the impreza. It has the 2.5 L NON-turbo engine, but it has a stiffer suspension than the other models with this engine. It also has 4-wheel disc brakes and some other nice trim features.

2) The WRX has a 2.0L turbo-charged engine which puts out about 60 additional horsepower (peak). It also has larger front brake rotors, and several trim features that make it nicer than the RS.

3) The WRX STi has yet to be introduced in North America (rumours say sometime in the next few years). It is basically the WRX that has been specially tuned by Subaru's in-house specialists. It has things like a performance exhaust and intake system, better brakes, ligter weight (I'm guessing), etc. The engine puts out about 280 hp.

4) The 22B is basically a WRX that is race tuned. As far as I know, there are no plans to make this version available in the US anytime soon (emissions are a bitch). I don't know the exact specs, but if you look at edmunds.com I think they did a review of the 22B a few months back.

Only about 427 22B's in the world. Why they didn't make 555 beats the heck out of me.

555 is the name of a tobacco company that sponsored several of the rally cars.
