Default 1st Unofficial AKIC Hatcher's Thunder Run

OK HERE'S THE DEAL (i've never had so many whiners!!)

NOON 12PM MEET AT WASILLA CARRS
NOON 12PM MEET AT WASILLA CARRS NOON 12PM MEET AT WASILLA CARRS

Don't be late
THIS IS FINAL

AK-Boost has suggested and I concurred, that we are going to have a Hatcher's Thunder Run up and over Hatcher pass in the valley. It will be a few hours as the roads are bumpy, there are tourists and others enjoying the sights and we probably want to get some awesome shots! Pack a lunch! And maybe a spare tire!!

1. Respectible driving is expected. The road can be dangerous if you are not paying attention. We are going for a "cruise" but if we are speeding up the mountain or being jag-ovs over the route you will not be applauded.

2. If your car is slammed or severely lowered, you will most likely want to catch a ride with someone else.

3. I've been trying to get in contact with eurojax to see if he would come and do some filming for PRoN, hopefully he's available!!! Please bring your cameras, tripods and video! There are spectacular sights to be seen up there!!!

In Attendance:
1. missiceblast & AK-Boost
2. Marshall Carter & retrac
3. Brando5185
4. Alaskas_awd & SuPeR WoJo
5. greenspeed & non-frosted brownies
6. 06gtleg
7. jakescwi

lol... I'm counted in and didn't even post yet. I love it!

Of course I'm in.

Edit: It's also wife approved because the words "rally" "race" or "-cross" are not involved!

I'm coming one way or another. Either riding with alaskan_awd or driving, havent decided yet. Car is lowered a little and don't wanna risk causing damage.

Sounds like fun but mine is no longer suitable for such an event. Plus we'll be in Whittier kayaking.

I just went over the pass 2 weeks ago in my brothers RDX, I'll say it was bumpy, but to be expected for a gravel road. AWESOME views though, and AWESOME drive. I dont know ho low would be too low, I'd say my 'Rado's clearance woudl be a bit tight, but there were plenty of OBS', Taurus' and civics on it.
