i dont think that is an lsx, that looks like one of those vortex truck engines GM uses

I guarantee that if they drive this thing either spider gears or outer cv joints are going to fail. If they used the original driveshaft then the unjoints will also wear through the housing.

its the same guys who built that Civette with the ls7 in it they did a good, theres also a bunch of pics of when they did this swap i cant find the website tho.

Tremec T56 from a Camaro/GTO. They also use the T56 in the Viper, Cobra, Aston Martin DB7 Vantage and V12 Vanquish, and placed in the rear of the Corvette as a transaxle.

It is an LS motor. The Vortec truck engines are LS motors too, just iron block with different bolt on parts. And he did use a truck engine, but he used an intake manifold from a car.
