Default Looking to get engine work done

I'm new to doing motor work, so im not too sure whats what and have heard many people call things by different names.

Basically I guess I need to Hot tank and Port & Polish my shortblock and heads as well as get the heads done up for my 1mm over exhaust and intake valves to fit.

I need some places where people recommend because i dont even know where to begin looking for places that do this. Let me know what you guys have.

conti is the only place in town with those plates. they bought them for use on the built blocks they have for sale through parts.
